Beginning his career in Teach For America, Jonathan is a strong advocate for helping leaders and businesses maximize their potential. Specializing in small business and nonprofit operations, Jonathan leverages his formal education in organizational psychology, operations, and strategic planning to transform businesses that transform communities.

Jonathan is passionate about social entrepreneurship and believes in the power of business to serve communities and ultimately change the world. He is an intuitive problem solver and trained business strategist with a passion for solving complex challenges. Jonathan leverages his education from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business to serve leaders across all industries and business functions.

In his spare time, he is also a fitness trainer, professional musician, happily engaged fiancé & dog dad, and “barbeque philosopher”.
